We are a public service department that understands the difficulties taxpayers and county residents encounter.  This mission of this office is to assist taxpayers pay the real estate taxes on their property by offering payment options.

COST FOR TAX LIEN CERTIFICATE $15.00 PER PARCEL (EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2024).
  

NOTICE

Armstrong County Tax Claim Bureau will not be collecting 2023 delinquent school taxes for Apollo-Ridge School District ONLY. 
These taxes will be collected by Portnoff Law Associates, Ltd.
 
NOTICE!! ALL SALES ARE BUYER BEWARE!!
All prospective bidders are required to pre-register for tax sales. Please fill out the Bidder Application/Conditions of Sale forms and submit not less than 10 days prior to the sale date.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS! A fee of $15.00 is due at the time of registration. You must appear in person at our office to register.
