We are a public service department that understands the difficulties taxpayers and county residents encounter. This mission of this office is to assist taxpayers pay the real estate taxes on their property by offering payment options. If you are having difficulty paying your real estate taxes, please call us at 724-548-3289. Upset Tax Sale is held the 3rd or 4th Thursday in September of every year at 8:00 AM. Judicial Tax Sale is held the 3rd or 4th Thursday in May of every year at 8:00 AM. Repository Tax Sale lists are available in the office. It will soon be available online. If you are interested in purchasing tax sale properties, please call or e-mail us. Bid forms for the repository properties are also available in the office or we can e-mail the forms to you.
