- Lessee must do minimal clean-up including the removal of all garbage and rubbish into waste receptacles, broom cleaning floors of all debris and removal of all decorations and paraphernalia related to event.
- Smoking is not permited in the facility.
- The use of tape, adhesive, nails, etc are not permitted on walls, ceiling or floor. All decorating must be pre-approved.
